As CEO and Founder of Grassp, David is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and expansion of the company's advanced cross device enterprise technology platform.
After graduating from Gonzaga University as a scholar athlete, David began his career at Advertising.com, a leading ad technology firm that provided digital media solutions for global advertiser and agencies, which was then acquired by AOL for $435M. He then joined Adconion Media Group where he successfully recruited, grew and built up the West Coast region for Adconion Direct, the leader in true cross channel digital advertising. In 2014, Adconion Direct was acquired by Amobee, a subsidiary of SingTel, for $235M. SingTel is Asia's leading communications group with nearly 500 million subscribers across 25 countries.
David has found success in working with and driving results for some of the largest leading global brands and agencies in the space and brings over 10 years of experience in digital media, data management and applied technology solutions across multi -screen video, display, social, mobile/tablet, email, and branded entertainment.
As President and Co-Founder of Grassp, CJ is responsible for overseeing the strategic deployment and expansion of the company’s advanced cross device information and communication services.
Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, CJ worked in alternative investments for Citigroup Derivatives & HFR Asset Management ($4.5 billion AUM) in Chicago. In 2009, CJ was accredited as an executive producer of an indie feature that achieved notoriety across major festivals including, Cannes Independent.
After several years working as an associate for Aon Risk Solutions, he joined Adconion Media Group where he grew and built the Southwest region for Adconion Direct, the global leader in true cross channel digital advertising. In 2014, Adconion Direct was acquired by Amobee, a subsidiary of SingTel, for $235M. SingTel is Asia’s leading communications group with nearly 500 million subscribers across 25 countries. CJ brings over 5+ years of institutional financial services experience and 5+ years of digital media, data management and applied technology solutions across multi-screen video, web, social, mobile/tablet, email, and branded entertainment.
As the SVP of Sales for Grassp, Veronica is responsible for overseeing the regional expansion and strategic deployment of the company's advanced cross device information and communication services.
After graduating from St. Anselm College, Veronica began her career in the Health and Wellness industry at LA Weight Loss. In her role, she was responsible for opening and expanding new markets across the nation, the largest being in Los Angeles, where she set company sales records. She was also responsible for building and overseeing the sales operations and recruiting efforts. She then joined Equinox where she supported the successful growth of the brand across the Southern California market, helping to secure Equinox as the leader in upscale health clubs on the West Coast. As a sales leader for Equinox, she also supported recruiting and training of top sales talent to ensure sales goals were met.
Veronica brings over 12 years of sales and management experience, along with a proven ability to expand into new regions.
As SVP of Operations for Grassp, Eric is responsible for the daily execution of all operations embodied by Grassp's Total Quality Management System.
Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, Eric began his career in the Aerospace industry with Precision Castparts Corporation, the world leader in investment castings and forged components. He excelled in their prestigious Management Development Program and then went on to succeed in expanding roles managing Operations, Engineering, and Sales. In his first project he grew an operating unit from $100M in annual sales to $125M in less than one year. While Operations Manager, he helped grow a business from 36% EBIT to 55% EBIT over a three year period. He has led over 450 employees and his success has come from developing the businesses by analyzing and standardizing critical processes while utilizing cellular, lean and six-sigma methodologies.
Eric brings over 8 years of experience in applying his Industrial and Systems Engineering background and has the proven ability to deploy techniques that create operational efficiencies tailored for rapid company wide advancements.
